My second attempt at trying a challenge. This time it was based on a look from a designer on a catwalk (runway). So this was the look we had to make our card inspired by and the challenge blog can be found here.
So this what I came up with:

The main heart was made by cutting and sticking little squares (mosaic) based on colours from the top which I then die cut. I then used crackle accents on top to give it a shiny look like the top. I then wrapped some shiny red embroidery thread linked through a button which matches the colour of her jean shorts. The red heart has a pattern stamp with pearl perfect pearls on top to make it look like cuffs. The little shiny black heart matches her shoes (again with crackle accents on).
I just love the mosaic heart you made- and the crackling adds such great detail! Thanks for playing along with the Runway Inspired Challenge!
Thank you Jennifer 🙂
This is fab, I really like it. It is so you and so the challenge! Xxxx
Oh, that mosaic heart is darling! And I love the dark background. Thanks so much for playing with us at Runway!
Thanks Pip and Cristina, the mosaic heart was a new thing for me. I enjoyed trying something new 🙂
